Staff and techs were really nice and helpful! The Dentist could have had a little better of a bedside manner. When dealing with patients in this kind of setting, how you present yourself to them does make a huge difference! Overall a decent experience!

When I went in a few days ago to get my teeth checked (and hopefully fixed), I didn't think much would be done, as I have never had a good experience at other Dentist offices. Not only did they give a solution that is within my budget, they didn't treat wrongly or judge me. I genuinely appreciate them working with me and helping me have hope that I can have a better smile.

Doctor Cody Cook was so good with my multipleextractions, when I was feeling pain he immediately administered additional Novacaine. The procedure was 1000% better than I anticipated. I’m very uncomfortable with medical procedures and he couldn’t have been any better in his care. On a five star review, I would give a 10 if I could. Ashley, the dental hygienist did an amazing job on my cleaning. There was no discomfort, only a clean and polished smile when she was done 😃 Rachel. the treatment coordinator took the time with me to explain the details and goals of my needed dental work and plan. Along with that she shared what my insurance would cover. Great job done with kindness and clarity. Let’s face it going to the dentist is a necessity not something we look forward to but In my opinion this is a first class, top rated dental facility.

I recently went to Aspen Dental for a cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The staff was so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They truly went above and beyond to take care of me. My teeth feel great, and I'll definitely be back!

I’ve had several bad experiences with dental offices recently, but Aspen Dental in Knoxville completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of, treated kindly, and seen promptly. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable, confident, and took the time to map out a clear plan to address my dental issues. For the first time in a long time, I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. I will 10000% be using Aspen Dental for all my dental needs moving forward. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality, respectful, and reliable dental care.
